Are there any additional costs?

Your package price includes my time, pre-wedding support, and full on-the-day coordination. Travel is included within 15 miles of Abingdon. Beyond this, mileage is charged at 45p per mile.
If your venue is more than two hours from Abingdon, overnight accommodation may be required. This would always be discussed and agreed in advance, so everything is clear before you book. In some cases, additional costs may apply if your wedding requires multiple team members.
What will you actually do on the wedding day?

We’ll be there to oversee set-up, manage your timeline, coordinate suppliers, handle any hiccups, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From cueing your ceremony to organising confetti, moving guests along, and making sure the right things happen at the right time.
Do you help with set-up?

Yes — within the agreed hours, we can support with on-the-day set-up, placing décor, organising stationery, and making sure everything looks how you intended. If something needs tweaking, moving, or problem-solving, We’re on it.
What happens if something goes wrong?

This is exactly why couples book on-the-day coordination. If a supplier is late, the weather changes, something breaks, or the timeline needs adjusting, we deal with it quietly and quickly. Most of the time, you won’t even know there was an issue.
