Three photo booth images of a couple wearing heart-shaped sunglasses. In the first image, they are smiling and casually posed. In the second, they are standing serious and looking at the camera. In the third, they are playful, with the man making a finger gun gesture and the woman pointing upward.

We’re Jenny and Tom—the duo behind Wedding Elements.

We’re a real-life neurospicy couple who decided to channel our love of weddings, woodwork, glitter and good vibes into a business that brings all the fun (and none of the stress) to your big day.

what we do
and
why
we bloody love it

Chaos coordinator. Timeline tamer. Chief of sparkle. Word wizard.

I’ve been in the wedding world for years, working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly, the couple stays calm, and the bridesmaids haven’t lost the rings. I’m the one you’ll see with a clipboard in one hand, fluffing veils, directing suppliers, and occasionally putting out fires.

I’m also a writer with a master’s degree in creative writing, so I know how to tell a good story—whether that’s through your wedding day, your speeches, or the little personal touches that make it all feel like you.

As a proudly neurodivergent planner, I know how to create weddings that feel good for everyone—with calm vibes, clear plans, and a thoughtful touch.

I’m all about fun, inclusive, personality-filled weddings that feel like you. No stuffy traditions unless you want them. No beige. Just big vibes and even bigger love.

tom

Prop guy. Backdrop builder. DIY magician.

By day I’m an engineer, by night I’m building custom props, backdrops, and sparkly bits out of reclaimed materials in our shed (with direction from Jenny, of course). If it’s part of our decor hire range, chances are I made it.

I’ve got a knack for hyperfocus and thrive in a bit of creative chaos—once I’m in the zone, you’ll find me perfecting tiny details at 1am with a head torch and a podcast.

I’m also the van packer, heavy-lifter, fixer of things, and emergency cable tie supplier.

buffy

Head of security & snack supervision

Buffy’s our toy poodle and head of security. She’s small, sassy, and takes her role very seriously—unless you have snacks, in which case she’s easily bribed.

She’s not usually on-site (unless invited!), but she’s behind the scenes keeping spirits high, hoovering up crumbs, and making sure we take the occasional cuddle break. She also has very strong opinions on colour palettes.

Known for:

  • Loud opinions in tiny barks

  • Fluffing morale

  • Being the cutest team member by far

why we do this

White line drawing of two champagne flutes clinking together, with sparkles around them.

Because weddings should be fun.

Outline drawing of two intertwined wedding rings with a diamond mounted on one.

Because planning should feel exciting, not exhausting.

Outline drawing of a bouquet of three roses with leaves and a ribbon tie.

And because we genuinely love being part of people’s best day ever.

We’ve built Wedding Elements to bring together all the good stuff—stylish hire, calm coordination, fun glitter bars, and help with the bits that make you panic (like speeches). It’s a mix of creativity, chaos management and heart—and we’re so here for it.

We also know that the wedding world can feel overwhelming—especially if you’re neurodivergent, like us. That’s why we’re all about creating a safe, inclusive, judgement-free space where you can feel supported, heard, and totally yourself. We’re here to help you find your way, your pace, and your version of a perfect day.

Got big plans and need the right people in your corner?

That’s us.
