equality & inclusion policy
At Wedding Elements, we believe that love is for everyone—and that weddings should be safe, joyful, and accessible for all.
Whether you’re queer, trans, disabled, neurodivergent, or simply doing things your own way—we’re with you.
💖 what we stand for
We proudly support and celebrate:
LGBTQ+ couples (and we never assume roles, surnames, or traditions)
Trans and non-binary couples and guests
Neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism and other cognitive differences
People experiencing or recovering from mental health challenges
People of all races, ethnicities, religions and cultural traditions
Disabled people, including those with mobility, sensory or invisible needs
Jenny, who runs Wedding Elements, is neurodivergent herself. She understands how overwhelming and inaccessible the wedding world can feel—and is here to help you navigate it in a way that feels safe, simple, and you.
🛠 how we work
We always use inclusive, non-assumptive language
We offer flexible communication options—email, WhatsApp, voice notes, or slower-paced chats—whatever works best for you
We are happy to meet access needs (e.g., quiet zones, advance schedules, trigger-free environments, sensory-friendly setups)
All services are delivered with empathy, respect and zero judgement
We will always ask how you want to be referred to, addressed, or supported—no need to explain or apologise
We welcome support people, service animals, interpreters or accessibility aids at all meetings or events
We don’t tolerate discrimination, full stop
🤝 our commitment
We will always do our best to accommodate any and every requirement, whether it’s access-related, emotional, cultural or just something that helps you feel calm and in control.
If there’s a way we can do better—we want to know.
