  • Our on-the-day coordination covers everything from managing your wedding timeline and suppliers to keeping things running smoothly — so you can focus on the fun, not the faff.

  • Yes! Our set-up coordination package is perfect if you need help styling your venue and setting up decor, signage, favours and more on the day.

  • Alongside our on-the-day coordination, our wedding planning package offers full remote planning support — helping you organise your suppliers, timeline, and all the details in the run-up to your day.

  • Absolutely. Our on-the-day wedding coordination is tailored to your plans — from intimate parties to full festival-style weddings.

  • Yes — part of our on-the-day coordination includes supplier management. We’ll handle the logistics so everything comes together smoothly.

  • We recommend booking 6-12 months ahead if you can — but if your wedding is sooner, just get in touch. We’ll do our best to help!

wedding decor & backdrop hire

  • You can absolutely hire just one item — whether that’s a wedding backdrop, crisp wall, or quirky prop. There’s no minimum hire — it’s all about what suits your day.

  • Yes! Our wedding decor hire service includes delivery, set up and takedown. We cover Oxfordshire and offer decor hire across the UK.

  • We don’t offer dry hire — all of our wedding decor hire includes full set-up by us. This ensures everything looks perfect, is safely installed, and stays stress-free for you on the day.

  • Yes! Tom is our DIY wizard and can build bespoke backdrops or props using reclaimed materials. Just tell us your ideas!

  • Our wedding decor hire range includes wooden backdrops, arches, props, crisp walls, sweet tables and more — perfect for creating a unique vibe. Check out our range here!

  • We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance if possible, especially for custom builds or peak wedding dates.

  • We don’t supply the crisps or sweets, but we’re happy to set up and style your crisp wall or sweet table using items you provide. We’ll make it look fabulous — you just bring the snacks!

  • Yes! We use eco-friendly biodegradable glitter that’s safe for skin, cruelty-free, and kind to the planet. Find out more here.

  • We can usually glitter around 30-40 guests in two hours — but let’s chat about your guest list so we can tailor it to your plans.

  • Absolutely! We can create a custom glitter palette that matches your wedding or party colours perfectly.

  • Ideally! We just need access to one socket to power our neon sign and light up mirror. If power access is an issue, we can adapt.

  • We’re based in Oxford and provide glitter bar hire across the UK.

  • Our glitter station fits neatly into most spaces — we just need about 2m x 2m for our set-up.

  • Yes! We can help with speeches, vows — or both. Whether you’re a couple, best man, maid of honour, or anyone else with a mic, we’ll help you say it perfectly.

  • Nope! We’re happy to work by email, phone, or WhatsApp — whatever suits you best.

  • Absolutely! We can edit, polish or restructure your draft so it flows, sounds natural and hits the right tone.

  • Yes! We take the time to understand your voice, personality, and story — so your words sound authentic, not scripted.

  • Yes — we help the best man, best woman, bridesmaids, parents of the couple and more. If you’re speaking on the big day, we can help you find the right words.

  • Ideally 2-3 months before your wedding — but if you’re on a tight timeline, get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.

  • We’re based in Oxford but we offer wedding planning, coordination, decor hire, glitter bar hire and speech writing support across the UK. Generally we cover Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Wiltshire and London.

  • Yes! Many couples book a combination — like on-the-day coordination with decor hire, or a glitter bar alongside planning support. You might even get a cheeky discount.

  • Absolutely. We can create a package that’s tailored to your day — just tell us what you need, and we’ll make it happen.

  • As early as you can — especially for peak wedding dates. But if your date’s coming up soon, drop us a message and we’ll see what’s possible.

  • Yes! We proudly support all types of weddings — big or small, festival-style or intimate, traditional or alternative.

  • Yes, absolutely. We proudly work with couples of all genders, identities and orientations. We only work with venues and suppliers who share our ethos of inclusivity and zero tolerance for discrimination.

  • Yes — if you have any specific requirements, just let us know. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate you and make sure your day is accessible and stress-free.

  • 100% yes! We’re a neurospicy couple ourselves, and Jenny in particular understands how to support neurodivergent couples. We’re patient, flexible and always happy to work in a way that suits you.

  • Yes. While we’re both atheists, we respect and support couples of all faiths. We’re happy to learn about your traditions and do our part to ensure your day is meaningful and inclusive — as long as it aligns with our no-discrimination policy.
